We have had a busy week which started off with Dee Ukes providing some entertainment at the start of the Dundee u3a AGM where there was an audience of over 80 people. Many thanks to Meg for taking this photo of us in action.
As this is our 10th Anniversary year, we went back to Rosendael which is for Scottish Veterans as this is where we performed our very first gig all those years ago. Below are some photos and a video of how we looked 10 years ago. We haven’t changed that much!! 🙂
We had a fabulous trip down memory lane when we returned to Rosendael after a 10 year gap. Next-door neighbours from Regent Place Sheltered Housing were invited to join the residents. Staff, service users and visitors were certainly in the mood to join in with the fun and proved to be a terrific audience. We were especially thrilled to be joined by former group member John McCann who was instrumental in getting us our first gig. He and his wife Carol loved singing along with us.
Here we are in 2014! Where have the years gone? What a journey we have been on!
