We had an brilliant evening with the Guild members of Gilfillan Memorial Church who turned up despite the inclement weather. This was our first visit there and it proved to be a beautiful venue with a stunning backdrop. Our enthusiastic audience joined in with all of our songs and helped to create a fantastic atmosphere. For those who know the story of Pat’s thimbles, he was gifted with another thimble, originally from the Shetlands, by an audience member. He will soon have one for every finger! 🙂
Many thanks to Ken Dick, Stewart the caretaker and all the Guild members for making us feel so welcome and providing a lovely cup of tea and delicious cakes.
